Email certificate
In accordance with market rules, you need a certified email address to transfer data to APCS. You can have your email address certified by a certification authority of your choice.
The APCS certification service was closed in 2019, your previously issued certificates remain valid until their expiry date!

Reception acknowledgement process
During the reception acknowledgement process, your data sent to our data address in MSCONS or ESS format is received by our system.
This data must be signed or signed and encrypted.
The reception acknowledgement process periodically checks whether new messages have been transmitted. The email message is then verified.
The following are verified:
- the message,
- the file attachment, and
- the component(s).
You will receive the result of the (positive/negative) verification of the message(s) in the form of an automatic reply by email.
In order to use the automatic replies correctly, you must have a certified email address and send the data using the email address registered with us.
